On the day of the retreat I was feeling depressed and anxious about life stuff. I was encouraged to come along and I am SO glad I did! Through group journalling, dancing, photoshoots and meditation and all round gorgeous atmosphere of supportive sisterhood, I felt lifted up and accepted.

It was exactly what my soul needed and I felt so much more upbeat and smiley by the time I left and that was thanks to everyone for providing me a safe space to be myself. I recommend their retreats to everyone. Thankyou for meeting me where i was at and accepting me as I am ❤️
