Hereâs a little more info about my processes and wedding photography services as requested.

Photographing Your Big Day
There are two key roles I undertake while photographing a wedding;
The observer - pure documentary
This is the role I will be in most of the day to capture and document all the true moments of the in way that produces stunning photographs. So usually Iâll be floating around in the background focusing on you, the events of the day and your guests.
And not to bragâĻ but one of my past brides called me a ninja.A guiding hand - documentary style
This role is for those moments we create together, such as during your mini couple photography session. Providing natural prompts that best showcase your relationship and who you are, these vary based on each couple and their personalities. I also like collaborating with couples when they have additional ideas they wish to explore.
Plus, if you want to also incorporate more stylised poses, 100% we can add them in too!Overall for these moments my goal is to make it feel more like you have a new best mate that happens to have a camera in their hands.
Editing Style
My editing style is fairly consistent, focusing on real colours with a slightly moody cosy feel.
However, please note that no two weddings are ever the same and there are elements out of my hands that will impact the final images such as; the weather, the venue, wedding styling, time of ceremony and time of year.
But thatâs a good thing it means your wedding photographs will be uniquely yours.
The Overall Process

After the booking form is received I will usually get back to you within 48 hours.
We will connect and discuss your wedding requirements either by video call. This can be via WhatsApp or Zoom.
Then a contract and invoice will be sent, once the contract is returned & the retainer of ÂŖ350 is paid, your date will be secured!

Around this time you will receive an email from me regarding any final payments which will be due 6 weeks before your wedding date.
Plus you will receive a questionnaire regarding the timeline of your wedding day, group photos and other basic details.
Then we will then firm up the wedding photography timings and requirements typically via another video call as it may have been a while since we last spoke properly.

At this time I will confirm all the details to check if there have been any last minute changes.
Plus, it is also an opportunity for any last minute questions.

Time to enjoy and celebrate the big day!
I will photograph your wedding in accordance to your timeline and the package option you have selected.
I will work to the achieve the best possible wedding photographs.

After your wedding, the editing process begins.
Within approx 48 hours you will receive âSneak Peeksâ which small selection of photographs from the day.
Then your full wedding photographs will be delivered in approximately 6 -8 weeks unless you have opted for fast-track delivery.
You will receive a link where you can access your wedding gallery digitally and can download your photographs.

If your package does not come with an album or prints included.
Do not worry! You can purchase them through your wedding gallery!
I like to offer my clients the opportunity to have their photographs printed at a premium grade, so I have hand selected my favourite professional grade suppliers for print products.
However, if this is not for you thatâs fine, you may print your photos if desired through your favourite high street suppliers.

Additional Hours
My packages are designed to be fully flexible and allow you to have the perfect amount of coverage that suits you.
This means if your booking quite far in advance and would prefer to book a baseline amount of coverage, for example a full day at 8 or 9 hours. Then closer to the time it looks like you would benefit from more, or you just want more coverage, you can add on additional hours of coverage and itâs absolutely no problem.
You can add additional hours at any point. Even on the day if the party is popping off, all you have to do is tell me to stay and Iâll say âabsolutely yes!â
In that scenario, Iâll simply just send you an invoice the following day.
For reference, most of the full day weddings I photograph have an average of 9 hours coverage.
This usually covers prep to the beginning of the party.
However there are lots of factors that will influence how much coverage you may need/wish to have, and Iâm here to help you work out what the perfect coverage looks like to you.
Travel Expenses
All my packages include 50 miles travel as complimentary from PR26.
But for those weddings a little further away donât worry, I can still come along there are just some travel expenses involved.
Milage is 45p per mile over the radius and if youâre getting married really far away I might need accommodation too, but donât worry Iâm not a bougie babe so I donât need anything fancy.
If travel expenses apply to you, all of this is made known in the booking process so there are no surprises.

Recommend considering if you;
Want both preps photographing and youâre getting ready in separate locations. Or you want full coverage of both individuals prep.
Have more than 85 guests attending and wish to have plenty of candids of everyone.
If youâre planning a lot into your wedding day, or have a particularly tight timeline.
Or if you just want an elevated amount of coverage and multiple angles to give you different view points across your day and key moments.
How does it work?
I source another professional photographer who will second shoot on the big day and under my instruction.
All photographs are professionally edited by myself.
Optional Extras
Fast-track Gallery Delivery
If you donât want to wait 6-8 weeks for your full wedding gallery, you can fast-track it. Yep Iâll clear my schedule and make your gallery a priority so you can relive your big day sooner.
*This may not always be possible during peak months
Full Wedding Gallery in Black & White
As standard you will receive a number of black & white photographs within your gallery. But if youâre like me and a total sucker for black & white photos, you can get a whole second version of your wedding gallery all professionally edited in beautiful black & white.
Range of Professional Grade Print Products & Albums Available
Including beautiful professional grade prints, print boxes and heirloom albums.
I have hand selected my print suppliers to make sure they are of a premium grade that cannot be found on the highstreet so they are printed memories to be proud of.
Pre-Wedding Photography Session.
For full day packages, this comes as a complimentary service. Why?
Simple, itâs a great way for us to get to know each other even better and have a laugh together before the big day.
It acts as a bit of a trail run for being photographed by me on your wedding day so you can feel more comfortable around me and in-front of the camera if youâre a little nervous.
Whether itâs included in your package or not, there is no pressure to have the pre-wedding photography session if you donât want to. But I think itâs a great thing to do, and I know I am a little bias ha!
Pre-Wedding Sessions are available if itâs not included in your package.
Can we have our pre-wedding photography session at any location we want?
For my pre-wedding photography sessions, you may choose any location within a 50 mile radius of PR26.
However if you have a special location youâd love to have your pre-wedding session outside of this area, we can discuss this as an option and additional travel expenses will be invoiced.
Additional Support
Planning a wedding can be difficult thing and there are lots of elements that can make up a wedding day. Therefore I can provide help with your timeline, tips for helping your day to run smoothly and be a bouncing board for any ideas your considering for the big day.
I want you to enjoy the day as much as possible and although logistic chat may not be super fun for some (though I love it), having a good timeline will enable you to reduce stress as much as possible so Iâm here to help you if you want it.
